| Regulatory Compliance |
| 1. Keep abreast with all local statutory
requirements, including any updates thereof. |
| 2. Consistently ensure and monitor
compliance to all local statutory requirements.

3. Assist the local authorities in
the formulation and/or updating of new and/or existing
statutory requirements. |
4. Comply with the relevant statutory
requirements of those countries where our products
are exported. |

| Process Safety |
1. Design, build and improve our production
process based on sound engineering practices and
to make HSE consideration
a priority. |
| 2. Conduct and implement risk management
throughout the entire production process. |
3. Execute adequate and high standards
of equipment maintenance to ensure integrity at
all times. |

| Health and Safety |
1. Continually increase HSE awareness
in employees, contractors and service providers
through continual training
and the conducting of periodic HSE promotion activities. |
2. Conduct periodic dialogue sessions
with employees, contractors and service providers
to understand and address
their HSE concerns. |
3. Increase the HSE consciousness
of visitors on chemical plant hazards by conducting
HSE awareness talks. |
4. Make available adequate and appropriate
HSE protection devices/equipment to employees and
visitors. |
5. Ensure contractors and service
providers adhere to appropriate HSE practices and
are equipped with the necessary
HSE protection devices/equipment. |

| Product Stewardship and Distribution |
1. Incorporate HSE considerations
in the selection and approval of raw material suppliers
and logistic service providers. |
2. Periodically evaluate raw materials
suppliers and logistic service providers based on
their HSE performances.

| 3. Educate customers on the HSE aspects
of products handling and usage. |
4. Implement risk reduction measures
in the handling, transportation, storage and usage
of raw materials and products. |

| Pollution Prevention |
1. Continually improve process efficiency
to achieve waste minimization while improving energy
and utilities conservation. |
| 2. Maximize waste recycling. |
| 3. Reduce and/or eliminate the use
of hazardous substances in our processes. |
| 4. Dispose of waste in ways that have
the least impact on the environment. |

| Community Awareness and Emergency Response |
| 1. Make HSE performances available
to the general public. |
2. Conduct periodic dialogue sessions
with the community (including the general public
and authorities) to foster
understanding and address HSE concerns. |
3. Actively participate in educating
the general public on the characteristics of chemical
plants and
operations through visits to
educational institutions and/or conducting an open
house to raise community
awareness. |
| 4. Formulate an appropriate joint
emergency response plan with the authorities and
community. |
| 5. Involve the authorities and community
in the conducting of emergency response drills. |
